Fileman Pro...
The Footprint Solutions team are delighted to launch the Fileman Pro
Solution. Fileman Pro will allow our storage customers to locally index
and itemise their physical paper-based files prior to our collection and
transportation into our off-site storage facilities. This is a great
solution and it completely removes the need for our clients to spend time
and effort pre-sorting physical files into order before they are collected.
In the case of one recent client's experience this saved the equivalent of
two full-time employee's who would otherwise have had to sort the Children,
Families & Social Care files into order prior to collection.
Local Management to Archivist Standards...
The Fileman Solution is able to manage our clients physical paper-based
files to an archivist standard. We can implement file-level barcode
tracking on the clients site in order to quickly and easily prepare files
for collection.
The added bonus of this solution is that the client is able to track files
at file-level using the barcodes both on and off site providing the highest
levels of confidence in their own inventory of files.
